AGGIE SOL SIGNAGE SYSTEM
The Solar Decathlon is an event that features zero-net energy mini houses built by university teams with the goal of promoting sustainable lifestyles throughout architecture. The goal of UC Davis’ Aggie Sol team was to create a sustainable, comfortable and health-promoting space affordable to farm workers.
Below is the brand identity and signage system design for UC Davis' Aggie Sol team participating in the 2015 Solar Decathlon. The sign system seeks to communicate the innovative and forward-thinking spirit of the Aggie Sol team with a sleek and modern design using bold forms that reach upwards in bright inviting colors. Design in collaboration with Elsa Lu.
